Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Matiash graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Matiash then attended the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and earned a Juris Doctorate degree.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Matiash began working at a boutique law firm specializing in commerical litigation and real estate.  In 2003, Mr. Matiash assumed the position of clearance counsel with one of the largest title insurance agencies in New York State.  In 2006, Mr. Matiash opened his own law practice, and over the next 12 years, opened several title companies between New York, New Jersey and Florida.  

 

Mr. Matiash has represented local, national and private lending institutions, as well as a variety of corporate and individual clients in real estate and business matters throughout the tri-state New York area and Florida.

 

Mr. Matiash is a fierce advocate for his clients with extensive experience in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate formations, and trusts & estates work.
